Loan Depot representative ****** ****repeatedly called me almost daily usually about 5-10 times back to back. I would usually be unable to answer due to my work. I decided not to use this company for my home refinance because I felt like I was being harassed by ******. After I told him that I no longer wanted to use Loan Depot for my refi and to stop calling me he continued to call me back to back 3-4 more times. Completed my refi in only 3 weeks. Garrett *., Lending Officer, was great to work with, very communicative and on top of everything. Tim *., followed through getting the paperwork through efficiently and professionally. There was a small glitch that required some expediting; but no excuses were made, only results given. One of the easiest times in getting a refi, and at a rate I wanted.

We were very pleased with the caring attitude and service oriented Loan Depot employees that helped us through the loan process. It was fast and easy with most of the work online. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and how quickly we were approved. The process was quick and except with the usual last minuted escrow requirements, which I have never had an easy escrow, I would highly recommend this company. They worked the number so we did not have to come up with a lot of cash to close escrow. That was amazing because I would have never thought a company would do that for anyone.
