Do not use this company, had to pay a 450.00 appraisal fee out of pocket to get the process started. I gave them all of the info they needed and at that point they should have been able to see this problem. But they failed to inform me before I paid for the appraisal.If you live on a private road that you need a road maintenance agreement in order to get the loan. Once I could not get my neighbors to sign the agreement, I had to eat the cost of the appraisal. They would not discount the cost even know it was their mistake.

Just happen to have received notice of funding for our refi loan with LoanDepot today. My very first impression with the company was great. Everything that led to securing the loan online is quite amazing. My wife and I are very thankful that we got the best agent Jeremy C*** and Denise Moreno work with us. Thanks to the both of you.

LOAN DEPOT FAILED TO DISCLOSE HISTORY OF LITIGATION AGAINST THEM FOR MORTGAGE LOANS. ALTHO, THEY HAVE A GOOD BBB RATING. I WILL BE MORE CAUTIOUS IN THE FUTURE. EVERYTHING WAS RUNNING POSITIVE BEFORE THIS DISCOVERY.

Terrible. Poor communication. Listed on site as I was dealing w a licensed lender and they weren't. So many mistakes made by them and ran out credit several times. Go to a credible lender

Just completed my cash out refinance with LoanDepot and I can't say enough good things about their service. They made the process seamless and were attentive to all of my questions and concerns to make it a very stress free experience. Not only did I receive great customer service, but they worked diligently to expedite the loan and they had it completed in 15 days .
