I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE COMPLAINTS ARE ABOUT. NOW I AM OLD SCHOOL. I THOUGHT YOU HAD TO GO TO THE BANK AND GROVEL AND HOPEFULLY GET THE LOAN IF THEY THOUGHT YOU NEEDED IT. NOT HERE. AFTER TALKING WITH JEFF FOR A FEW DAYS ABOUT THE PROCESS AND IRONING OUT THE DETAILS, I LOCKED IN ON MARCH 9TH AND CLOSED ON APRIL 3RD. THE PROCESS WENT VERY SMOOTH FROM THE START. I used LoanDepot.com for the first time when doing a recent refinance. The company was outstanding to work with! Their people were all excellent and wanted to do all they could for us. They were very responsive and the process was quick and easy. They were excellent in all communications, and any changes were immediately addressed. All I could hope for in a refinance. Without any hesitation I will use them again in the future when I need any housing loans.

I recently refinanced my home with LoanDepot. I could not have asked for a better team of professionals to work with. From start to finish, they kept me informed of the process, the progress, and most importantly, the closing. It was all done with ease and very little effort on my part (I had my documentation handy). I would definitely recommend them, GREAT customer service!

Though skeptical at first, I was overwhelmingly impressed and satisfied with the service I received from Loan Depot, particularly from my representative, Aaron M******. I accomplished the entire application process easily and quickly over the phone and internet, and received an answer the same day. Communication through Mr. M****** was never a problem to answer my questions and concerns. We closed within several weeks and the entire process was as painless as a mortgage refinance could be. Highly recommend.

The service with Kyle, December, Loan Depot, and everyone else that was involved did an excellent job. I was very surprised how easy it was and they all just kept things rolling, step by step by step. One piece after the other. It all went very fast, very smooth. No hick ups. No problems.
