Refinancing my home through Loan Depot with the guidance of Mr. Joseph ****** was a completely quick and organized process. I was even able to close on my new loan on a holiday Sunday. All necessary papers were promptly sent to me via email for my prior perusal before being expected to sign anything. Everything was explained in great and understandable detail. The ********* Family, have in the pasted refinanced , sold and applied for loans on our homes through out our life time. However, this last refinance has been a cake walk with ice-cream to top it off!. Another words LoanDepot talk's! the talk! ; and they walk! the walk!. Theses people that, my wife and I worked with from day (1 ) were very Professional, Friendly and stayed with us until today , 5/23/2017 ; this tells you the Quality of this Mortgage Company LoanDepot!

Beware if you attempt business with this Lender. I inquired about a consolidation loan and submitted all requested documents the same day. They said I was approved and originally told me we would close within a week. They then said they needed to do an appraisal and charged me $185.00. They requested more documents which I again quickly provided. This went on for a month.
