This was the best experience I have ever had in getting a mortgage OR refinancing one. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, courteous and accessible. I couldn't be more pleased.
Since filling out a Lending Tree application for refinance, LoanDepot called me non-stop even though they were not part of the listed companies whose rates were compared. I decided to pick up the phone to end the repeat calls. I told the caller I was no longer interested in getting loans and he insisted on forwarding me to the "top loan officer" in my state.
