I am very pleased with Loan Depot. This process was by far the easiest loan application that I've experienced. Brian G**, my lending officer and Duong V*, my account manager went above and beyond to insure that I had all my questions answered. Since I'm confined to a wheel chair, I was especially thankful that I was able to do the entire process from my home. I am thankful to Brian and Duong for helping me get through the process.

Employees and staff at Loan Depot did a tremendous job on my refinance. Without them, I could not have consolidated my bills. I had exhausted all of my efforts with other lenders to no avail. Loan Depot saved my home.

I was contacted and specifically gave a rate and terms that would need to be met in order to proceed. Julio started asking a lot of questions and when I reminded him I would only be interested if those conditions were met he stated he had to have answers first. I then told him I was no longer interested and he hung up on me. A week later I received a huge package in the mail with a rate much higher than my expressed rate. Loan Depot process was very simple, they worked quickly and the documentation was minimal verse other lenders we looked at. Out of 4 lenders we looked at Loan Depot matched the total pricing, rate and offered the future refi option and insurance. I would recommend them to others. The only negative was, some of their costs / service providers were higher costs than other lenders and had we had more time, I would have shopped a few of those costs to others to save more.

This was by far the most positive customer service or banking experience I've ever experienced! Hands down the best in the industry. From beginning to end they were fantastic! Our team was very responsive to our questions and worked with us on every level.
