You should reconsider doing business with this company. The process is very long and agonizing. The agent we had drug his feet continually and requested we provide documents which the lender generally always obtains. Our process took several months. Fast forward, time for escrow to pay Insurance premiums and they were not paid. We received a cancellation notice from Insurance carrier in the mail. I recently inquired about refinancing my home loan with this company. The process went quickly but after closely reviewing the numbers on the loan details, i had to laugh out loud because, the loan officer purposely underestimated my escrow amount by about $100 in order to make it appear as if my mortgage payment would be roughly $300 less than what i currently pay.
