I was very very pleased I choose loan depot. I received a great rate and the customer service was top notch. I don"t usually submit reviews of services, unless I'm angry about something. Not so in this case. I have gone thru multiple mortgages, re-fi's, and home equity loans. This has been the easiest transaction of all, thanks to the two people who handled my case, Jerre S****** and Byron P***. I didn't have to chase after them to have questions answered. They were usually one step ahead of me. I felt confident using their service. LoanDepot is a better company with employees like this.
