I entered into a refi of my home with LoanDepot. The intent of the loan was to have a cash out amount of approximately $30,000. The original loan estimate yielded approx $27,000 cash out. Not quite what I wanted, but close enough. Two days before closing, I received a revised loan estimate showing $25,000. Our experience with Denaz T***** and Jessica K***** was wonderful. We had an issue with the title search and Jessica worked with us to get the situation resolved. It took some time to get the issue resolved and the closing was slow in coming but my calls were returned promptly. Except for the last week which was due to an illness and not being in the office. i would like to submit my experience with loan depot,it has been wonderful, i did a refinance with cash out to consolidate debt and get a great interest rate,everything was completed in a little over 30 days ,they were professional and helpful ,they always returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions ,i would recommend them for any loan needs i am completely satisfied with this company thank you loan depot !!!

Loan Depot has made a very bad time in my life so much easier. Kyle and Jesse were a god send. This has been the easiest loan I have ever been associated with, and the quickest as well. And being a VA refinance that's says a lot cause they usually take months not weeks. And I come out of it with no car payment and a payment on my house I can afford.
