I had already been in the process of refinancing my mortgage with another company when after months of gathering papers from the military,which was a REAL pain, they raised their numbers quite a bit without any explaination . I then decided to compare companies,which I should have done in the first place, and Loan Depot gave me the best deal.I was able to close on the refi in about a months time and was very happy and satisfied with the service and the deal I recieved.I would recommend loan depot to everyone

From the time I contacted them about refinancing to the time we closed it took less than 30 day. I was very impressed with their ability to get things done. They were very professional with me and helped me all the way through the process.

Loan Depot was very professional when discussing loan process, information needed for review, processing, and amount of time needed to complete the refinance. The processor and account manager always followed up and answered any question I submitted. I have yet to make my first payment so we will see how that part goes. :O)

I worked with James *** at Loan Depot. I initially contacted him after receiving a mailer. The process was smooth and easy, and almost everything was done on line (home appraisal and closing where in home visits). I would highly recommend Loan Depot.

I was talked into a refinance by the salesperson who assured me my house would appraise for the right amount, it appraised for well above; however, the underwriter had a long list of items to be completed before the loan lock date. Prior to agreeing to the appraisal, I made it clear that the addition was not done and it would take me 6 months to 1 year to complete. Loandepot charged my credit card for the almost $500 for the appraisal. This is fraud. I am out $500, this means a lot to me. I will never do business with them a... read more

Working with Chris and Denise made this a very painless and relatively short process. I spoke with many other companies regarding refinancing. Some other companies made derogatory remarks about other refinance companies or their people were very pushy or made me feel like I was making a wrong decision. Working with Chris and Denise was professional and if I had a question they were back with an answer for me quickly. I would highly recommend Loan Depot.
