As with any business, Loan Depot has great employees and not so gifted. I was lucky to get John ******and Lisa *******. Both of these individuals were informed, pleasant, friendly and had great follow up. They kept me in the loop with what was going on and let me know what I needed to submit to keep the process going. My experience with Loan Depot was awesome and stress free. The entire refinance process was 3.5 weeks! Alex and Delores were very knowledgeable and professional. I'm very thankful for the worry free process. I will refer all my family and friends to this company. Too good to be true in my situation was really too good to be true, LOL!

Loan Depot is a terrible mortgage company. Right as I was to close on my refinance "something changed" like a similar review I read here. Bait and switch from whatever they originally stated was "approved". If I knew then what I know now, I would have chosen the other Mortgage Company I was working with. I don't recommend anyone do business with Loan Depot.

Wow. Getting a loan can be really awful but the whole Loan Depot experience was pretty painless. Lots of information needs to be exchanged and their website and agents made things very simple to communicate and get the loan closed. They were incredibly responsive and very knowledgable. They always set realistic expectation and when there were snags, they made getting over those hurdles very easy. I highly recommend Loan Depot for refinancing.
