I had been shopping around about refinance and or reverse mortgage for a few years (4). When I called LoadDepot they were on the job. The agent Grame was very kind and knowledgeable. Then working with Erin was a treat. No complaints from me. This has helped my situation tremendously. Rate 5

I was a Real estate Broker since the 70's, now retired. this was the best loan I have ever dealt with. Great knowledgeable people that got a good rate and got the job completed so quickly. I am amazed. I worked with my present lender prior, too complicated that I quit. Loan Depot will have my highest grade and I will recommend them.

In November of 2017, I was on the market to refinance my Townhouse. Banks I was talking to at the time weren't very helpful, I was presented with several quotes( much higher rate than I had at the time ) and was told it was the best option for me. They were eager to close the deal, unfortunately for them, I wasn't comfortable at all! I called loan depot to gather information on a refinance. The broker was ****** **** (#*******) and was extremely high pressure. He also was not readily disclosing all the fees, and I had to ask about each one. I told him i would discuss with my wife and call back. The next day he called me at least 15 times in a short period of time. When I talked to him I said we decided not to refinance and he was demanding to have a "real reason". This was my fist experience with Loan Depot. I was very impressed with their customer service and communications with me. Everything that was promised, happened on time and exactly as my team told me that it would. Jeff T********* and Carly A**** are the best.... very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with the overall loan experience. From start to finish, it took about 3 weeks. They notified both myself and my husband when things were due, communicated throughout the entire process, and assisted us when there were a few snags getting employment information from my employer. The appraiser and notary were very professional. I would go with LoanDepot again.

I would like to personally thank LoanDepot for assisting me through my refinance process. It was a great experience and the process was easy a fast. It took less than 30 day to complete all the paperwork and close. I was able to payoff all my debt and save hundred of dollar a month. I appreciate all you did Adam and Casey, Great Team !!!!

I had nothing but problems with Loandepot--they would say one thing would cost X and then the appraisal cost more. I finally made it through the process and find out that they did not record a loan that they were supposed to pay off (they paid the loan off) so the county still has me with a lien on my house where there was not a lien anymore. I paid for this to be done and after several emails and calls i had to do it myself. I asked them to reimburse me for the fee of $53.00 (not my time) and they will not even return a ema... read more
