The loan staff was very kind and able to get my loan down to a 20 year loan with lowering my interest rate by 1% and the payments still will be the same as with my 30 year loan. They sent me a letter to go over my loan after one year with them, I called and was very happy with the outcome. Everything was easy to complete and the staff were great help with information.

This company and the people they employ are vultures. I asked REPEATEDLY for them to never call me again. What does the guy do? He keeps pushing his crap lines on me. WHAT PART OF I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU ANYMORE AND TO REMOVE MY NUMBER do they not get? They did not like my language or my screaming, well guess what? Loan Depot provided excellent service. My loan Officer Brandon Evens along with the underwriter Ali ******* were professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with me through out the whole process. They took their time to preform their due diligence to ensure I was receiving the secure, fair, and best rate. I would highly recommend working with this team in the future.

I'm writing this review as a seller not a buyer. Sellers do not to accept a offer from anyone that is pre approved with LoanDepot and plan on using them as their lender. I did... And that was a big mistake. My buyer made an offer and I accepted it. I was under the impression that things would go smoothly... But, they didn't. My buyer had to get two appraisals on the property. Buyer beware. I refinanced my mortgage with loan depot to lower my monthly mortgage payment-which thy were able to do. However, after one year my mortgagee payment went from $1200 to $1700. They told me is was because they did a escrow analysis and found that they did not have enough funds to pay my home owners insurance & taxes. They did not send me any notice or call me letting me know that as of 1/1/2018 my new mortgage payment amount would be $1700. BAD EXPERIENCE AND BAD KNOWLEDGE OF VA LOANS. STARTED REFI OF EXISTING VA LOAN IN DECEMBER MIDDLE OF FEB WAS TOLD VA WOULD NOT INSURE LOAN BECAUSE WE WERE ON COMMUNITY WELL. THIS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ON COMMUNITY WELL FOR 25 PLUS YEARS AND WE HAVE A VA LOAN ONLY A YEAR OLD NOW...
