I have now worked with Johnny Lee, with Loan Depot, for a second time to refinance my home. Eventhough this second time of a refinance my credit score was not good, he did what he could to help me out of a bad financial situation. He presented options and explained those options fully. I am my brothers Personal Representative. He died on 12 Dec 2017. He had his mortgage thru Loan Depot. I froze all assets on 22 Dec 17 to consolidate his assets required under Oregon Law. His hospice care giver who was dismissed after his death decided to stay in his home. I notified Loan depot(LD) on 5 Jan, just as soon as I acertained who held his mortgage, of the presence of the squatter in the home. At this time, his mortgage was not yet in arrears. I would like give Loan Depot a FIVE START rating the excellent service I was give by Conrad Glassburner and the professional service render it was a great and speedy experience I ever receive a company that fast. To me that was a record from start to finish three weeks.

Steer clear from loan depot. Sure they can stream line a sales process to sell their loan, but try talking to someone in customer service. All you hear is that someone will call you back in 24 hours and do not provide you a definite time for the call back. There are plenty of other lenders out there with better customer service and a call center that works. If you can ensure that you are next to your phone as they call, then sure I don't see a problem. But if not, you'll spend weeks trying to get a hold of someone that refus... read more

I just completed a loan with Loan Depot and was extremely satisfied. Dennis and Alex were the gentlemen I dealt with and both were very competent. I have been an insurance agent for thirty years and appreciate customer service very much, and these guys are top of the line!!
Derrick and Aaron went above and beyond what is necessary. They were extremely courteous, professional knowledgable and ethical. They had to be patient with us because we are a bit technically challenged, but that was no problem for them. The entire staff worked flawlessly to complete our business.
