Do not do business with this company. They are not trustworthy or reliable. Nearly a year ago my wife and I remortgaged our home with loandepot. They told us that our payment would be lower, the amount owed would increase $5,000 due to the loan fees and that the length of the loan would be reduced. Lower payment and shorter time seemed good so we proceeded. When we received the paperwork to sign it showed an increased monthly payment. $50 more than we were paying at the time. I was contacted by Loan Depot about a home loan refinance. I found a local company that I am following up on with the refinance. I requested that Loan Depot stop calling and emailing me via an email. Since then (actually just today) I spoke with no less than three representatives and each time I asked them to stop calling me. The Customer Service was Superior. Tim and Kim were exceptional in providing the assistance with my Refinancing Loan. The Refinance processed with minimum amount of time. LoanDepot was an Excellent company to work with.

Brad and Natalie were excellent to work with. The loan process took about 10 days longer to complete than it should have, but this was NO fault of Loan Depot. Me and the VA were the problem. Brad and Natalie stuck with me through it all, almost as if it was their own loan. What more could you ask for? The results of my re-fi were better than expected and I would recommend Loan Depot to anybody! All emails and ph. calls were returned promptly and most of the time instantly. This was a very positive experience.

I have refinanced more than 5-7 different times between my two houses but I have never experienced a very smooth process compared with Loan Depot where in my refinancing was really next to nothing. Their agents were doing all the leg work for me and when all said and done, closing agent was at my doorstep in a week. Loan Depot helped me save time and money over all. Thanks Loan Depot.

we decided to refinance our current mortgage when we talked to LoanDepot and learned about low refi costs when going with them. The process was clear, pretty quick and the Loan Officer and Manager were very helpful and courteous. Lifetime Guarantee is also very impressive, no cost refi in the future on the same property, we have not seen it from any other company.
