This company is very deceiving. Due your homework before you do a loan with them. They will tell you a rate to get you on the phone and at closing it will change.
We have gone through the mortgage/refinance process several times. There always seems to be a hiccup in this process, and I'm so glad that we started with our loan officer, Steven *********. He is especially helpful with VA loans and he is a quick numbers guy, so he can break it down for you quickly.

Upon applying they said my house was worth 60,000 more than what I believed it to be and told them so., but on no "Chase" is almost always right. ok knock yourself out. well after dishing out the $500 for the appraisial that wasn't really correct., it came in just under what I thought. $4000, under what I thought, Got the phone call today, being that I was in Texas I couldn't get the rebate. Just completed my Home re-fi with Loan Depot . Erik ******** and Ashly ******* were GREAT! The process was very smooth and punctual throughout. Both kept me up to date with the progress of my Loan. They are both very professional and personable . If you are looking for a Re-Fi or mortgage loan I highly recommend talking to either of them. They are both a great asset to this Company!

My husband and I decided to deal with this company trying to get our house refinanced. The only way we could do it was with and FHA loan, which we had tried for before and failed. But we decided to do it this time since we had done a number of improvements. I was the primary contact person they would be dealing with since my husband worked. I am extremely satisfied with Loan Depot. My agent, Amir ******** and loan officer Carli ***** were very helpful and patient, explaining every phase of the refinancing. I could sense than Amir wanted to find the best loan for me, and he was available weekends, late or early, practically 24/7 if I needed it. Everything was done within a week it seems. Thank you.
