My refi with LoanDepot was the best business transaction of my 71 years.Esteban ****** and Gamey ****** are two of the BEST people I have ever done business with! These two individuals are so knowledgeable and dedicated to their jobs that it feels effortless to do business with them. They are an absolute asset to their company! A+ It was quick and easy to refinance my home with LoanDepot. Within minutes of submitting my application on ***********, Stuart ******* of LoanDepot, reached over the phone, explained me on refinancing options and their pros and cons. My experience with LoanDepot was the upmost professional and smooth. I worked throughout the process with two people. My first contact was Diego. He helped with making sure I received the best interest rate and loan terms for my situation. he was attentive to my every need and always responded right away with any concerns or questions I had. A+ Mauricio ******** contacted me November 21, 2017 stating he could help us refinance and lower our interest rate. Little did he know what he was dealing with regarding our mortgage and circumstance. Mr. ******** was vigilant and maintained a positive drive jumping through hoops and over hurdles to make this happen, and he did. His communication and human relation skills are top notch.
