We have been working with several people to get our loan, ronald hudson Sherry (not sure of the last name) Keith Warnoff and underwriting for 8 weeks to get a certain percentage rate on our loan we signed papers for a 3.99 percent loan that was down to the day to sign the final papers and got a call from jahami ? stating that they couldnt process the loan we had our house appraised and everything. This is the worst company I've ever worked for! Nothing but drug addicts everywhere openly, you can work your absolute hardest for the company, but make sure everyone likes you or you won't go anywhere and the company will let you go because you don't "mesh well", if you're considering working for the company.....DON'T! If you're considering a refi or home loan I'd go with AdvantagFirst Lending. loanDepot is a HORRIBLE company that lies to borrowers to get them to go with them! Worst experience of my life!

I am giving 5 stars because it is truly my feeling. We applied for debt consolidation loans and were turned down. One of the companies affiliates, Loan Depot, got our info and realized we owned a home so Adam Amer, Licences Lending Officer, called me to discuss a possible refinance. I was extremely reluctant because 1) we were not considering/looking for a refinance 2) we had not contacted them, they called us out of the blue and 3) we were unsure if we could afford costs associated with a refinance. Positive, I am so grateful for my experience with Loan Depot, Nels was the first person I spoke with this guy was very professional, knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable in talking to him about my refinance, I was nervous in the conversation but talking to him was really warm. My experience with Loan Deport was very positive. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Mortgage.
I worked with Brittany & Joe, and they were just awesome. I can't tell you enough how great they were. They helped get everything taken care of so quickly and easily for me. They were able to answer any and all questions I had, and in a timely matter. I started the application process on April 10th 2018, and my loan was closed and funded by May 7th 2018. I would say that is pretty speedy and great customer service! Thanks again to this awesome company! :)
