We came to Loan Depot hoping to get a 15 year loan for our house and maybe a little extra to help pay off bills. We not only got the 15 year loan on our house but a HUGE amount of money that allowed us to pay off 5 bills and it raised my monthly payment by just $300.00. Gamey and Jackson were a pleasure to work with. I HUGELY recommend Loan Depot.

The work proceeded smoothly, usual requests for additional info; all in all Jerel and Helen handled my refinance properly and professionally. The company as a whole does not mess with your business, its either a yes or no on approval almost immediately; not like a number of banks who advertise customer-friendly service. I was very pleased.

We received outstanding assistance from the first call from Brandon and Lisa. I appreciated their diligence and patience in walking us though all the steps on our refi - I travel a lot for my job and am often not reachable during traditional business hours. I came to loan depot in a predicament of only having 2 weeks to close and they pulled off the impossible. Quicken loans gave me a raw deal and terrible customer serbive and I wanted something better. Not only did Jenna and Kim give me an amazing interest rate but the top notch customer service and their professionalism was truly outstanding. They made me feel like a person and not a loan number. I started the process with Loan Depot on 3/01. My loan orginator Corey was awesome. He was very personable and did everything he could to help. The only reason I give it a 2. I was told the 2nd mortage was a 90% LTV. Once the appraisal came in they decided to lower it to 82% for reasons they couldnt really explain. The loan "program" changed.
