My feelings toward my experiance with Loandepot are happy, satisfied and thrilled. I was afraid that after my husband died that I would loose my home. In my very first conversation with Mytaia Thomas, he put me at ease. He said “Miss we are not going to let that happen”. Mytaia, Cathy and Dyu will always be in my heart. Thank you very much. J.Pruitt. I want to warn others about this company ..my experience was NEGATIVE =. The 2nd loan officer assigned to us in my opinion harassed me =,from 4/8/18 until 4.24.18 I received at least 25 E-mails and 27 phone calls, most of them after I informed them to stop. and then they took money from my bank account causing me to over draft, when I called to request they put my money back I found out approx., 20 min. after they withdrew my money they closed my loan, and yet continued to e-mail me like my loan was still pending. ... read more

We had an excellent experience refinancing through LoanDepot. Tyler and Aaron were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with through the process. My first call with Tyler was on 3/23. Our loan was funded on 4/20. The process was very easy and we got an amazing rate! Thank you!

Overall I am not completely satisfied with my mortgage refinance experience with LoanDepot. I’d like to start by saying that I do mortgages and loans for a living so I am well aware of government lending regulations. The beginning of the process was smooth, my loan officer Steven was very attentive and seemed to have good customer service. I had all documents in quickly.
