We did get a loan from them. Process was OK. But they are highly overrated. They send me duplicate bills two months later that were already paid. They are incompetent. DON'T USE THEM.

We live in West Virginia--our local bank Clear Mountain could not find a way to give us a fixed rate for our 3 bedroom Oakwood Mobile Home although we were patrons of that bank for 13 years and then some--My wife was a 21 year vet yet no one in our area would offer anything thru the VA program...until we applied with LoanDepot...we worked with Robyn and Steven and everything that we were told was done. We applied for a loan with this company and spoke back and forth with two different people: Clint ****** and Elysa *********. We mostly spoke via email, rarely through the phone because of the time difference. I am in Florida and I believe they are in California. There was a severe lack of communication from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the service I received at Loan Depot during my Mortgage Refinance in April. Josh *******( Lending Officer ) and Aaron ******( Sr. Acount Manager ) were very helpful and informative. The loan was serviced on a timely and efficient basis. After dealing with Bank of America for many years, this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you again for your excellent service.

WE HAD BEEN DEALING WITH NEAL. NICE GUY, VERY ATTENTIVE AT FIRST. WE WERE SUPPOSEDLY PRE APPROVED ADNGIVEN THE GREEN LIGHT TO GO ON WITH THE PROCESS. TOOKA COUPLE OF DAYS FOR THEM TO FINALIZE HOW MUCH CASH PUT WE WERE ABLE TO GET. OK THAT WAS DONE. THEN WE WERE ASKED TO GET NEW HOMEOWNERS INS TO SEE IF WE CAN GET IT CHEAPER. At my age I have done more than a few refinancing of a home loan. Three tomes with Loan Depot. Each and every time it was smooth and rewarding. This most recent refinance was a little tough for them to do, but hard work and dedication to there jobs, my hat off to Christian and Christine, we got'er done.
