Folks Do not go here, poor customer service! Paperwork numbers are way off. There is no way to look at the numbers in their system so as a customer you are in the dark.

I am so unhappy with this company and I wish I could give them 0 or - stars. My husband and I were looking into doing a refi on our home and were collecting information on companies and this company was so shady and processed a payment that was not authorized by either of us. We were charged a 425 appraisal fee and we didn’t even agree to anything nor did we even get paperwork of the terms and conditions with this company. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. After repeatedly asking for them to remove me from their calling list, they called a few more times just to harass me. They're lucky they are located on the other side of the continent. Otherwise, I'd be picketing outside of their office.

I just want to say thank you so much to David for the professional guidance I received throughout the long journey it took for me to find the right house. David was very patient with me from the beginning to the end of my loan processing. Every time I put an offer he had to change the approval letter with the right loan amount. 1st time buying a house turned to be a disaster experience working with LoanDepot. We did shop around with different lenders to get a better deal on closing cost and interest rates. LoanDepot's Ryan ******promised me lender's credit of more than $2000, which makes him the lowest on closing cost. However, he played a trick, which I would call a scam, that he put the credits under "others" instead of "lender's credits". My husband was in the process of applying for a home refinance from Loan Depot. The loan office pulled my husband ‘s credit report on July 24, 2018 and requested a copy of his tax returns. On August 06, 2018 I forwarded the returns over to Loan Depot as part of the process. The loan officer received the returns directly to his email and contacted my husband. They changed the loan number and servicing center location right after I closed on my home. I was not notified until after I made my first payment, which resulted in me having to track it down. After a few stable months of paying my mortgae without incident, I received a letter notifying me that they sold my loan but would continue to service the loan.
