I have had several mortgages from different companies, either original on a purchase or refinances and this is my first one with LoanDepot. I did not have any trouble with them or the process. They kept me apprised of everything that was happening with my loan process through telephone or email. I would recommend this company to anyone. ******* ********

I had a very, very good experience with LoanDepot. I am pleased with my outcome. They were efficient and truthful about what they could do for me and my husband. They explained things in such a way that my husband agreed to go ahead with the loan. The agent that worked with us was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. THE BEST REFINANCING EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER GONE THRU,,,THE APPRAISER, THE SIGNING COMPANY PERSONNEL, EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY... AND I HAVE HAD SOME HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST, I ALMOST WOULDN'T TALK TO WALLY AT FIRST JUST BECAUSE OF THEM, BUT HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CALM AND PATIENT WITH ME. My loan officer seamlessly got me into a 15 year loan and I closed in 2-weeks! This was my second refinance transaction with them and they’ve been outstanding each time. Customer for life (at least for the next 15 years).

I would not refer this company to anyone. Missinformation and outright lies. First you're told your loan is approved as long as the appraisale (that costs me 425.00 nonrefundable) comes in at 73000 the loan is approved. It came in at 75000, but now they tell us "oh, the appraiser wants 8 different things fixed before we can approve it.. We were not told this might be a possibility before hand probably because we may not have done this. So we fix the things requested. Harassing phone calls!! Called my phone up to 7 times a day! They were like don't you want a free obligation quote? Umm.. no.. not from a harassing stalker I don't.
