The process was quite painless. It went a lot better than I expected. The staff was great, always willing to answer any questions we had no matter how silly they were. The paperwork process went smoothly and they guided you all the way. I highly recommend Loan Depot for your financial needs. Their staff is great.

Process during home purchase was seamless. After loan was serviced, unable to speak with a customer representative. Called twice in two days, first time on hold 30 minutes before giving up. Second day, now at 45 minutes and still haven't spoken to an individual. Have never experienced this total lack of consideration for ones time. At this point, really hoping my loan gets transferred so I no longer have interact with this company.

my experience was absolutely horrible being a first time buyer. my husband and I had been doing everything and anything they asked of us to do. our first closing date went by and then the second 1. we were told that because of a 22 month work history my income could not be used and that we need to look for a co-signer which is absolutely ridiculous when we had gotten the pre-approvel with all the information and nothing has changed other than us paying stuff off and everything they told us to do.
