Loan Depot did a great job. Everyone was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. It felt like they were working on my loan full-time. Things moved quickly and smoothly from my first contact, to closing and beyond. This is my 10th or 11th mortgage. It was also the easiest. I highly recommend using Loan Depot for your next mortgage or refinance.

The web site was good and easy to access the documents. The main manager Ed ***** was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem 40 minutes before I was to do my closing as I was called with something they overlooked and i needed to furnish some more banking statements. I had to scramble around to different banks to get the information. We were able to close but it was an inconvenience for me. I was totally surprised at how smoothly everything went. I usually expect large financial transactions to take a long time and have multiple requests for documents or other information you did not anticipate. Instead, Loan Depot had both my loan agent and the processing agent in sync; they sent us clear instructions and when a couple issues popped up, helped us clear them very rapidly. I could recommend their service to anyone looking for support through a sometimes confusing process. Except it wasn't! Good Job, Loan Depot!

LoanDepot did a wonderful job!! Our team consisted of Justina ***** and Gilbert *****. In the past my husband and I have received a LOT of offers to cashout; refinance..etc, the other companies approach came off to aggressive. I received and email, so I called....Gilbert was so pleasant even when I stated, I am just curious about all this "refinance garbage". Needless to say he made good on his conversation. My experience was great but then quickly turned negative. Many promises made that didn’t deliver to be backed into a corner. Appraisal was under market value I come to find out which seems to be in favor of LoanDepot getting more out of consumer and extra fees and rates that are higher than others. Already had sent documents and signed only to be changed at a later date. It was move forward or lose the property. Totally feeling scammed. Would not recommend service of this company whatsoever.
