This is our second time working with Loan Depot, and as was the first time everything was explained and very convenient of a process. Great rates and choices. We even received a discount for coming back on our fees.

terrible customer service dishonest. What i was told was not what I recieved Statements not received Tax documents not received Phone calls requesting call back not returned Loan officer maybe returns 1 in 4 phone calls. Higher charges than what I was told. bait and switch. So unethical, dishonest, and poor customer service.

This was my first experience with Loan Depot. I have nothing to say except they were very professional. From my first contact with the lending officer until I was handed off to the Senior Account Manager who took over to the signing. Every step was meticulous and informative. I signed the closing papers and they contained the quotes I was given by the initial lending officer. I was amazed at how soon we were able to close. Should I need another home financed or refinanced I will be dealing with Loan Depot.

Was promised a cash out loan. Paid $500 for an appraiser that is not from this area hired by loan depot so my house was appraised under local market value making my approval denied. Now I'm out $500.
