Basically this company was extremely fast and responsive with all of my questions and understood urgency with the time-frame I was given by the sellers of the house. The Loandepot team was beyond expert and managed to get everything completed and ready to close on the house within 15 days which is un-heard of..... typical turn around time is 25 days and that is considered quick in some cases but Loandepot has an amazing team.... Easy transaction. Very quick! It was made easy for the customer to do electronic signatures and have the closer cometo my house. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I thought the points that were paid should have been lower or not at all based on my credit rating.

Professional, courteous and informative. I was able to refinance from a 30 year to a 15 year in 8 days from start to finish. My loan advisor worked with me late into the night to get all the documentation completed. Very happy with Loan Depot, I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance.

I received a couple of random missed calls and a text over a period of time so it didn't concern me. The text referred to me as Ryan, so I figured they just had a wrong number. Then yesterday after work I received another text, calling me Ryan. The text said I could reply STOP to cancel so I replied STOP. In the next 45 minutes I received 6 telephone calls all from different Phoenix area phone numbers. Two voicemails were left, from Loan Depot and Quicken Loans.
