Our experience with Loan Depot has been awful. I have never had such a bad experience with a lender. We have had several issues. The refinance process went well but we have had issues with payments almost every month since. Our very first payment was paid through our bank and that was cashed without a problem by loan depot. The next 2 months of payments were sent out on time the same way but loan depot said they did not receive them. We were very happy with both men who assisted us. They kept us informed every step of the way. We had Adam ****** and Jeffery ******. Everything was completed within 30 days which was sooner than we thought. We are very pleased with LoanDepot and we highly recommend them.

they waste your time!! they call you and they told you that they can give you an offer on your home refinance. you give them all the information they ask for and they told you will call you back with the offer and you will never hear back from them and after 5 calls and cold transfer from one department to another you find out that you been declined after they assure you that you will have pre-approval but all you get hard credit pull for nothing. just don't answer their call and save your time and credit score

I debated giving any star. I went through the refinance process with Loan Depot. Their fine print said I would get a $450 assessment fee if the refinance didn't work out. The paperwork didn't give any exceptions to this. Therefore I went ahead and agreed to get the assessment. Well it turns out they didn't approve my refinance and stole $450 from me, refused to refund it. Stating it was my "specific situation" that prevents the $450 being refunded. We used Loandepot at first my wife was really worried but we went ahead and all turned out well. They were great to work with and helped me along the way to make sure I knew what was going on. The even worked with us when I had a motorcycle wreck and it almost messed thigs up but we got through it all.

My experience with LoanDepot was seamless, easy, quick, communicative, and all positive. I've already referred them to a friend. Everyone I worked with was great. The closing costs were high but I knew that going into it. The ease of doing everything online was worth the higher cost (vs. what I would have paid had I used a local bank). I would use them again!

On July 26 2017, we (HOLD TRANSLATIONS) sent to Loan Depot, 4800 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 3800, Scottsdale, AZ 85351 our invoice *****of $380.00 fot translation services, which is unpaid as of November 19, 2018. How can BBB assign a rating of A+ to a business that is unwilling or unable to pay a small debt?

Although my experience was great in receiving the loan, paying the loan back is extremely archaic. I was used to I am trying to get my finances straight by making bi weekly payments but I have to pay a month in advance to do it. Even though the entire payment made it to Loan depot by the due date. Their system can not take partial payments. I will definitely be shopping for a new provider as soon as it is beneficial for me to do so.
