Dont ever use Loandepot- they have poor customer service. the guy that was helping me. Marc ****** Licensed Lending Officer NMLS#******* Charge me twice for an appraisal and never followup with the refund for 1 of them. The call you like crazy before closing but after closing if theres any issues they ignore you. I still have email trails of me being ignore and my issues was never resolved. The loan officers I dealt with from beginning to end were professional and very helpful. The only negative I can say is that they cut the checks to my creditors then sent the checks to me. Some of the amounts were incorrect but easily fixed. I also was told they’d take the cost of the home inspection out of the balance but that didn’t happen - I had to eat the cost. Some creditors were skipped all together and I paid them out of my home improvement monies. But the experience was a good experience.

Recently I saw an ad online that featured a mortgage program that I was not familiar with. In order to obtain the details I had to enter an email address and phone number. Within literally seconds, my phone rang over 15 times with calls from solicitors. The first one and only one that I answered was from the ad sponsor, Loan Depot. The gentleman on the phone was nice initially and explained the mortgage offers they could provide. The underwriters could it be a little faster than they were, because they were the one delaying the process. They should it know from the get go, that I need it a Termite Inspection for the VA, but delay that too. The whole process should it be faster!

Nothing but issues with payment to my creditors, we took out a refi, and paid off our bills, there was a loan depot personal loan that had a small outstanding balance, loan depot issued a check to loan depot and we mailed it out but it is missing now, can`t get anyone to assist in getting a stop on that check or issuing another one, my old loan people are all over me for payment but there is a check somewhere that pays the loan off in full, just can`t get anyone to look into it!! Horrible, been going on for over a month.
