The Loan Depot people were great to work with. Their requests for information was explained thoroughly and then followed up with confirming emails. They kept us informed through the whole process. The new mortgage was approved quickly and concisely. They kept us informed every step of the way. Their closer came to our house at our convenience and wrapped it up easily. This was the second time we have mortgaged a house through Loan Depot. Our experience both times were very satisfactory

We have a loan through home Depot that we tried to get refinance after weeks of going back and forth through underwriting which requires us through FHA to have backup reserves underwriting has changed requirements 10 times . the last requirement FHA asked for based on loandepot underwriting wants me to have $15,000 reserves. Even though all the guidelines are on the FHA website we meet them even though they are telling us that we do not meet them. I had a great experience with the Loan Depot Team from start to finish. They were with me through out the process, always answering my question.
