LoanDepot handled my home refinance. Overall everything went smooth however, on several occasions I had to send additional documents to a fax number I was given that did not work!!! I was very busy at the time so that was a little frustrating. Things were completed in a timely manner and the closing details went great.

I was refinancing to pull out some cash and pay off some bills. Loandepot offered me a much better interest rate and cash-out amount than my original loan company who was also interested in helping me refinance. While the process took a little longer than expected, mostly for administrative reasons, I was very appreciative of the care the loan team took to move the process along. Dave and Jennifer stayed on top of the gazillion documents needed and made sure all went well. Thank you.

The company lied about my credit not being affected when running an inquiry. The person I spoke to said that if I had an inquiry run on my credit within the last 45 days that pulling the inquiry again should not affect my credit score. But it did. I will never want to do business with this company again. I suggest you stay away. Also, their origination fees are ridiculously high for a refinance (and I have an 800+ credit score!) I recommend going elsewhere.
