My Loan officer, David ********** in Nashville, TN, was excellent. He was helpful and supportive along every step of the loan process. He helped me through the management of the problems with the online application and the underwriter. However, the Loandepot online application was such a mess, it made me wonder if the company was reliable and responsible. Process was easy. This is my second refinance using this company but probably my last. After meeting with the closing attorney there were 2 different amounts I was to get back. The attorney suggested I call to verify the amount I was to receive, so I called and spoke to Shaili ****. She confirmed to me that I was getting the larger of the 2 sums back. That was not the case. LoanDepot out of Foothills, CA & Lending Officer, David *****, assisted me with a refi on my & my mother's SW FL home to do an upgrade to make it handicap accessisble for. David made the whole process so easy that even though he & I new it was going to be a hard sell to his bosses because of the nature if the loan, the age of my mother, the way the house was titled & how I was her guardian.
