It was pretty much a seamless process for a mortgage refinance. They put all my documents online and as long as I was able to provide the documents they needed there were no problems. i would recommend them to anyone needing to refinance.

After first applying for a reverse mortgage and not qualifying, I tried two other loan institutions and received an "Unable to process your loan" and paying a large amount for house appraisals, I decided one more time, as well as my very last attempt to get the financing. I have to say that our 1st home buying experience was excellent. We were very stressed, and this team held our hands throughout the entire process. There were issues along the way, which were normal from everyone I asked, but the loandepot team made us feel comfortable when they came up. They promised that everything would all work out, even though at the time, it didn't seem it would. I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage team. Thank you all!!

Initially, I was only interested in receiving a second mortgage to obtain a little cash to set a side. I completed a survey online resulting in a representative from Loan Depot contacting me. To my surprise was told better than what I was interested in Loan Depot proposed a far better deal. Allen *. was my initial contact and surprised me with the great news that all my bills except my car would be paid off. He apprised me of the interest rate and new mortgage payment. I applied for a home Refinance with loan depot. Harry *** and Chad ***** were the 2 reps handling my refi. They stated that my loan was approved and they made me pay for an appraisal $495.00 and $18.00 credit check. After i paid the fee they turn around and tell me that they could not go on with my Refi because my house has a Lien on it. Now I have applied with other lenders and they immediately tell me that they cannot help me because my house has a lien. Loan Depot made me waste $513.00 which i put on my credit card.
