From start to finish our experience was top notch. We had originally did a cash out loan refinance back in September 2018. When the rates dropped, our loan officer contacted us to let us know and asked if we would be interested in lowering our interest rate. We said yes and from start to finish was about two weeks. Very pleased with the customer service and the company as a whole.

Great process. We worked with every member of our team. They answered all questions within the hour and were there to assist throughout the entire process. We were able to get FHA loan from our first viewing to settlement date in less than 30 days. They had the lowest orgination fee and the lowest interest rate of any where that I could find. Couple the amazing numbers and percentages with top notch customer service; you will have very happy customers with great mortgage products. Very impressed!

Do not do business with Loan Depot. No communication, bait and switch tactics, terrible company. Worst decision of my life. On April 1st I was offered a 3.625% interest rate with an APR of 3.704% on a conventional 20 yr fixed with Lender Paid Mortgage insurance. It had no discount points applied to get to that rate. The Loan Officer had at this point gotten my Name, SS#, Address, expected mortgage, Home value, Credit score, and income. All the things you need for a true application. Great experience. I would use them again and I have already recommended them to others. The information flow was appropriate to the need, follow through was on time and we closed in three weeks. They were also nice to work with and always responsive. I have closed at least 30 loans in my life, this one ranks up there with the best of them.
