Loan Depot is a scam company. They strung me along for 3 months, constantly asking me for more and more documentation to have my cash out approved, They checked my credit score FIVE times there by reducing it by 30 points. They approve no one. My employment was verified three times. I lost my job through no fault of my own even though I was already approved. Spam called me 5+ times a day, and I'm not even a client. I'm disturbed that this company would think it would get me their business by calling more than a stalker would, I'm creeped out, and I would like to file a "stop stalking people to try to get business" complaint.

Easiest re fi I have ever had. I have recommended them to my friends. Pleasant and knowledgeable people to work with--and they did not mind all my questions. When all was done on line--they had a lady come to my house so we could physically sign all the papers! I did not have to drive the 10 miles into town! will definitely use them again, but, probably won't have to because my 3.62% rate is locked in for ten-yes 10 years!!!!

this company is horrible they tell you they can get you a loan say they talked to underwriter con you into paying for appraisall tell you they will reinburst you for appraisal if loan doesn't go through and that's a lie they are con artist do not use them
