The process was smooth and timely. Very easy to do online, from one's phone. One time I asked a question that my loan officer didn't know the answer to but had access to the answer. I got the answer only hours later on my own. I don't know why my loan officer didn't take a small step to get the answer for me. One other small problem arose at closing when I got an email revising the figures after signing with the Notary. No heads up from LoanDepot. I’ve been helping my mom get a loan, when the appraisal came in it came in lower then the minimum loan amount of 60k we worked on the appraisal and got it up to 61k with the down payment it made it to where it would still be less then 60k but only by 500 to 1000 dollars so the vp of the branch told us 100% we can do the loan they will do it even though is less then 60k we get a phone call today a week from our closing date after we have sent in all of the underwriting conditions and are told that they will not do it bc it is... read more

I am very happy with my Loan Depot refinancing. They kept me informed every step of the process, were very courteous and helpful, and made the whole experience very easy and quick. I am so glad that I went with Loan Depot. I will definitely use them again if the opportunity arises. I especially like the fact that what I was told on the front end did not change. I was not told things that were incapable of happening. Everything was very accurate and no 'false promises' were made.
