The whole refinance process went so smooth and quick. All the stages of the loan process was a pleasure because of the team I worked with in my loan process. Great people!

Disturbed at this company and the lender Shabaz whom I tried to go through Each time I tried to proceed into underwriting, it was always something else going on. This company prematurely charged me for an appraisal that wasn't completed. Though they refunded me back a certain amount, this could have been avoided all together had Shabaz done the necessary leg work to verify things would go through prior to the appraisal. At this point, I lost money and still don't have a loan through these people. I am highly pissed off.

I've just completed my second LoanDepot refi in the past 15 years (not on the same property). As with the first, the process went smoothly and reasonably quickly, especially considering all the changes that have happened since the collapse of the RE market in 2008. My loan officer, Ali ********, delivered what he promised. The way I've calculated it, I will recover my loan costs in less than 18 months. Given how much documentation lenders require today, my experience with this loan was outstanding.

I am presently in a loan process with loandepot agent Amberlynn ***** this is the worst experience I have so far and this is my second home purchase. I requested a loan approval from my loan consultant and she stated I have one. After I use my money to pay for HOA background check, appraisal and inspection on the property. The loan officer told me two days before closing that I never had a loan approval and I can’t purchase the house.
