I've done business with Loan Depot in the past and both times was treated fairly and timely. If I had a question someone was available to help me no matter where in the process the loan was in. I've been pleased with their efficiency and accuracy. If I need to, I will do business with them again.

The refi was terrific. No extensive time consuming interrogation of my finances because i just purcjased a home and refi immediately with loan depot so all info was very current. Saved on mortgage payments and interest because i received a discount in closing costs and used that to buy down. Just a win win win. I really enjoyed my loan officer randy and my underwriter james.

As we were walking in the door for the closing we were told we would need to go get a certified check for over $3700.00. We later received a check from our old mortgage company for $3500.00. Talk about last minute. The big question here is, can anyone do math? It was a stressful morning to go along with not knowing what the house appraisal was until the day before.
