Between Ali ******** and Clemens ***, our questions were answered in a timely manner, we were guided through whatever paperwork had to be accomplished, and our loan was done in the shortest possible time period. I was kept informed of what to expect and when to expect it throughout the entire process and was never disappointed anywhere along the way. I know that closing times can be affected by many factors and a slow process if you have trouble with any of them and I didn't, so my closing went exceptionally smoothly. Overall the experience was a positive one but many times I was unable to reach either my loan officer or the other financial specialist who took over my loan. They were however good at getting back to new by the next business day. Also the interest rate was a little high. But I did after all agree to it.

Fraudulent and deceiving company. They gave me a hard time with my disability income. They didn't want to accept it. Really can't control the fact that I served my country honorably and I have to live off disability for the rest of my life. They tried to steal my appraisal refund even though I was promised a full refund. This is not how you should treat disabled combat veterans. shame on you guys for trying to steal money from a disabled combat veteran.

I am a disabled (legally blind) Army veteran ad wanted to refinance my 12% mortgage. Jacob *. and Jerry *. made it happen! I worked with them and they got me a lower rate, lower payments monthly, put cash in my pocket and handled ALL the paperwork including, obtaining the C.O.E. from the Department of Veterans Affairs and their required inspections. I went to Quicken Loans and it was the worst experience ever. I was dealing with a different person everyday. They were very unprofessional. Even when l left Quicken Loans they passed my information onto another financial company. Very unprofessional. They did not return all of my deposit either. ?????? I went to Loandepot to refinance my home for a lower rate. To my surprise l received a much lower rate and l dealt only with Walt and Carly who were awesome. The only mortgage company that i found, that listened to me, and took the time to make my mortgage work, being self employed for 25 years and even being a RE Apppraiser, nobody could seem to get my bond for title refinanced, until Aaron ****** from GA, said send me your information I will work on this for you and see if i can help, less than 30 days later, Aaron helped me close my loan, FHA at a great rate, I highly recommend this mortgage company to anybody that gets left in the wayside and needs to get a mortgage done.
