I was very nervous about refinancing my home. Thought that it was going to be a complicated process. But I contacted Loan Depot and spoke with Conrad *********** and he explained everything that I needed to know. Getting the information that they needed to have was easy too. I used my customer portal. Then I started to work with Tim ***********. He was also very helpful. My loan was successful and was funded immediately. The whole process took about 30 days. I will do business with them again if ever needed.

Loan Depot did what other mortgage lenders could not figure out how to do! My loan was not simple and Travis was patient and listened. He offered suggestions and assured me every step of the way. I was going through Loan Depot for my first time buying a home. Everything was fine and dandy for the first three months while I looked for homes. I did nothing but a pre-qualification, so there was no real commitment, I switched to a bank nearby because it's easier for me to be able to deal with them, and they gave me a better loan. This was not the first time I have financed a home mortgage or refinanced a home mortgage, and the experience is stressful by nature, However this was the least amount of stress and or hassle I have ever experienced in financing anything. The staff was super helpful, and helped turn a task that can sometimes be unpleasant to a breeze. They literally put the "fun" in funding. Easy process, upfront, very pleased. Everything went smooth and on autopilot. Now I would like to see my balance and make an extra payment.....but cant. I log into Loandepot.com and all I can do on the dashboard is start a new loan or change my password... Its on autopay right now but why cant I view important info...

The most unprofessional "Loan Officer" I have ever spoken to in my entire life and I have worked in the business! "Andrew ******" was completely professional, trying to insinuate the reason I called was due to financial hardships and then tried to argue with me and tell me I have paid $80k in interest on a credit card I have just because I have had it for a long time. (Which is so far from accurate). He also got argumentative when I told him paying $15k in fees to consolidate $40k in debt was a horrible idea. They literally ... read more
