I keep on getting daily emails from an loan depot agent to contact him . I don’t want to business with you. Stop emailing, calling, and mailing me. I even went to your website to be remove from your contacts. If you harass people they will never want to do business with you. I never will be a customer of loan depot because of this.

LoanDepot beat out a supposedly higher rated mortgage lender when it came to making my final decision as to which company to do business with. This refinance was a first time experience for me. I spent a week and a half researching, looking at options, and speaking with my bank's mortgage loan officer and 3 other mortgage loan companies. One of these was LoanDepot. My refinance through LoanDepot was a breeze. I've purchased and refinanced a couple of homes before and this was by far the quickest and easiest one. Everything was done online until it was time for closing which took was pretty quick also. It took two weeks to close. Great customer service and I will definitely keep them in mind when I purchase another home.
