Good people to work with, a few hiccups along the way but successfully completed a cash-out refinance with them at a very good rate. Chris ***** as lending officer and Amy ******* as Account Manager were personable and professional, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am a successful procrastinator and while I KNEW it was time to re-finance, I was dreading the paperwork and finding the right lender; let me rephrase, a LEGIT lender and not a scam. I filled out a general questionnaire online and received calls every hour and they were mostly robo calls with nobody on the other end. Loan Depot was not bad to work with. The time frame was acceptable. Giving a 3 rating due to the closing agent, Closing USA, LLC and the agent who came out for signing of the closing paperwork. Every contact I had with the Closing USA was rude. They were very curt and I felt that all my inquiries were not justified and that they felt they were in the right at all times & I was ignorant of the processes.
