Loan Depot was great during the entire process of our refinancing process. They were great in describing every detail and the closing process was very quick. We had our check within 48 hours of the closing - which was great to proceed with our remodel. Their website is very nice and easy to navigate. Loan Depots quotes beat all the other competitors and all the estimates were spot on. Would highly recommend and would definitely do business again with Loan Depot.

Team did an excellent job getting my loan approved and serviced. Was able to close before 35 days which was their average time. Had a few snags but was able to get through them quickly and efficiently. Used highly skilled individuals for inspection and appraisal. Was easy to work with.

They felt the need to overtly lie to me about the servicing of my loan. I would not recommend this lender. The processor made the application process extremely inconvenient. My worst mortgage experience yet. I have done 10+ mortgages (purchases and refinances) over my lifetime, and these folks were the worst so far. I recommend avoiding them.
