I was pleased with the process of my loan application. The representatives were helpful responding to all my questions. I needed help looking up my account on the computer and he assisted me how to find the information they had requested. Surprised at how quickly the loan closed. Thank you.

This is a very mixed feelings review. From one side, I had a very good process with the company through the agent in refinancing my home. Everything was clear, quick and very simple not to forget very convenient. However, after everything was set and done I got a very bad surprise. Before refinancing I had my loan with an escrow account with balance enough to cover a big portion of my property taxes. Probably the best company I have ever used for refinance. My loan specialists explained each step of the process completely, so that I had no surprises. The loan closed on schedule, and funds were dispersed in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and professional, but also kind and personable. Plus, I got an awesome rate. I have already referred a friend to The Loan Depot.
