I worked with Kimberly K** and Jenine T****i. Everyone went very smoothly and we got it done on time, which was super important to me. I had negotiated an interest rate with Jenine that meant I wouldn't have ANY closing costs. We agreed to this in order to proceed. I had to pay two things that I never was reimbursed for: $495 Appraisal Fee and a $19-$20 fee for my credit score. Jenine had told me that if I paid them, I would be reimbursed after we closed. I am very satisfied with LoanDepot. The Lebanon office staff is awesome, they made me feel welcome. Betty walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. Very aggressive sales rep (Patrick C*****) I immediately decided I didn’t want to do business with loandepot but I keep being spammed almost daily, by mail and email. Today I received an Adverse Action Notification despite I never applied for a loan with loandepot.
