I did my refinancing with ALI A******* and BOBBIE K****, they were two of the best people I could have ever done this process with! They were so helpful and patient with me, and explained every number and term that I did not know! I cannot express how grateful I am and thank them enough for my refinancing. Loan depot took my loan application, processed every online and gave me the ok. After 2 plus months, they emailed me an online survey regretting my withdrawing my application. I never withdrew my application. As a matter of fact, I believe they downright turned me down for racial reasons. You can find out by investigating the stats on their ethnicity loan approval percentages. Thanks.

My entire experience with loan depot was amazing from start to finish. Working with Meinoh and Jillie was great! The both of them are incredibly efficient. It was my first time buying a home and they both guided me through the process so well, it was easier than buying a car! I am incredibly grateful for this team and Loan Depot. We contacted Loan-depot, cause they seem like they could give us a better refinancing with our home. The whole process from start to finish was very easy and the staff helped to make it all as smooth as possible. It doesn't get much easier than that.
