I am not sure I would deal with anyone else. They needed certain things, and had multiple ways to conveniently send them. I have used this company several times and even in situations where problems were coming up, they found a way around them. Well done!

This is my 3rd time refinancing with Home Depot. I have never had any problems. Everyone that I came in contact with was very kind, courteous, very helpful and respectful.” My Lending Officer Introduced himself, he explained everything that was going to happen, sent me my e-Sign Welcome Package that we went through together over the phone in order to get the refinance in process. I worked with a man named Andrew. He was effecient, never pushy, knew his job well, and was always considerate. I do not know about other employees, but he is the best. If others are like him, I highly recommend Loan Depot. i cannot overemphasize how considerate Andrew was. He never missed a date, always waited until I had asked him to call back. He answered ALL questions thoroughly, and he always made us feel we were important to him, not just for the loan, but as a valued customer.

I’m giving them one star for the lack of competency, customer service and professionalism. I recently applied for a mortgage refinance with loandepot. The initial conversation was great. However, after nearly a month and a half of waiting I started wondering. I convinced myself that the long wait was acceptable due to the market being low their excuse was reasonable. Incompetent people that do not communicate, you miss closing dates, documents are being reviewed but with same response every day for a week you find nothing has been done. No sense of urgency to do the job. Save yourself from headache and unforeseen additional costs.

If your on the border line 620 score don't try getting a loandepot loan. They going to approve you hit you with 4 hard inquires then tell you that your not approve send your credit score down 120 points. Victoria Caston won't return call if you get her your done!!
