My husband and I just completed refinancing our mortgage through Loan Depot. The process went smoothly, and the our Lending Officer, Jason G*******f, was both informative and easy to deal with. Jason was great at keeping things on track and communicating with us throughout the process. Nancy B****** was the Senior Account Manager that we dealt with as the process neared completion, and she was wonderful at keeping us informed as we neared the closing date. They did a great job for us!

Loan depot told me I was pre approved for a loan and it was just a matter of paperwork to complete the loan. They told me to hurry and lock in the rate for $19.95 and to have an appraisal performed for $495.00. The appraisers showed up earlier than expected and went right to work. I was doing yardwork and had a pile of leaves and twigs next to the garage. They wrote me up for a violation for the leaves! This was after I provided them with a ladder to complete their job. My wife and I just finished refinancing our home through Loan Depot and it was very easy to complete. Jacob Rankins and Will Scott did an excellent job in keeping us informed every step of the way through the process. We tried to be as prompt in our responding to their requests for information from us and the entire project only took about 7-8 weeks. We now have a much better interest rate in addition to cutting our mortgage loan from a standard 30 year loan to a 20 year loan, so our equity will grow substantially faster. We... read more

Mustafa K******* Licensed Lending Officer NMLS#374190, I had to deal with Mustafa. Promissed me 3.75 rate or better rate with no points. after i paid credit report, came up $6000 fees. He said he will beat any other rate. Why should i go with him while other lendere is offering intially better rate. I do not recommend him.

it was a train wreck. Unethical to say the least. We called got approved moved forward with appraisal then nothing for weeks. Our new loan officer called and we did as asked. Several months go by still nothing. I changed jobs sent the information over, asked to pay off debt , only if we were closing. At this point we were in closing 4 times according to them and the online site. We moved forward to jump thru there hoops and paid off some debt to meet requirements. I would recommend this company. The loan officer Jacob Rankin's was wonderful to work with. Our loan was very difficult and there were a lot of problems and he kept working to get us our loan. He never got frustrated was always very cordial and friendly. I would highly recommend him. Lori Lewis

Loan Depot has been the worst loan company that I have ever dealt with. It took 3 months and nice days to tell me that my loan was not approved, all along telling me that it was going to be approved. The Sr. Account Manager was horrible. She was very unprofessional. She took forever to let me know what paperwork was still needed in order to get the loan approved. I refinanced through Loan Depot and I must say that this was the best experience I've had with a mortgage company. The process was fast, easy and stress-free. My loan officer Aurash was very professional and I was and answered all my questions and concerns. I was impressed. I will definitely use Loan Depot in the future.
