Found them through Lending Tree while requesting HELOC info. When they called (and they will call incessantly) I asked for Home Equity she said I’m not licensed let me connect with someone who is. And all seemed great over the phone. My loan disclosures arrived and it’s a cash-out refi with high closing costs and higher rate than my current mortgage. Not a HELOC. Bait and switch. Now they dinged my credit for nuthin. And they won’t quit calling plus Lending Tree sold my info so I get spam calls all day long.

Rate was attractive enough. Spent 30-45 minutes on the phone with the representative and thought we were all set. He was supposed to call me two days later - which never happened. Then I could not get a response to a phone call or any of the emails I sent to him to clarify certain terms. I finally, left a message for his supervisor, and lo and behold 15 minutes later I received a call from the the original rep. The Boston, MA area LoanDepot office is amazing to work with, highly organized, trustworthy, and do their homework. Rosella and Chris are true experts in managing mortgages and the re-financing process, etc. and this is the third time I have worked with them in ten years. Highly recommended.

We had such a great experience several years ago refinancing our home thru Loan Depot, we did it again. This time it was even better as they waived fees for being a repeat customer. The loan offer went out of her way to find a great deal. Staff was very helpful, professional and we felt like we were their only customer. Definitely will use Loan Depot again should we need their services!

They sent me an email saying my re-fi funded. The Sr acct mgr, said no november payment and no December payment. Here, the day before thankgiving, they're saying they were inundated and couldnt get the funding on time and I need to make a november payment. Already almost 2 weeks late! Since I was not counting on the payment, I have purchased Christmas already and font have the payment. I just want to cry.

LoanDepot was very thorough and helpful through the whole refinancing process. Quick to answer any questions and helped push through to an early closing. I would recommend to those unsure to go ahead and use LoanDepot rather than the big banks. Very professional Lender officer and account manager. Thank you Shannon and Jennifer!!

After requesting info on a Refi I was asked to complete a loan application. I told Cole Moser that I am not ready to commit to a lender at this time. 10 days later I received a printed loan application with personal information printed on it that I had not disclosed to the company. Including my SSN and date of birth. This is after I told them, "I am not interested in using them for a refi." Hey, Loan depot, NO means NO!

Filled out information online. Closed with another company. Get emails and calls from loan depot and their partners continuously evin though I ask them to stop and unsubscribe from emails 3 separate times. Beware giving them information.
