The agent who serviced us was very poor. She mixed up my figures. Her name was Shantel and she failed to get back with is on a timely manner. I was totally discusted with her. I would not recommend Loan Depot to anyone.

The closing team made a mistake when calculating the escrow amount, now the loan is closed the taxes and insurance was paid my escrow is the negative by over $2,000. I have called Loan Depot and all i have got is people transferring me from one department to another. leaving me holding for long period of time, so bad than in some cases i have been able to take showers and get dress while I wait. once call gets through they either tell me that they can not help and I should contact someone else or they take my information and... read more
